- We ship all over the world with our licensed logistics partner.
- Shipping costs apply. This will be calculated depending on your delivery location to be added at checkout.
- For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery. Phareligions is not responsible for covering these additional charges, as it is the responsibility of the recipient.
- Deliveries can take from 7-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within 1-2 days or the dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to customercare@phrsapparel.com, including your order number.
- Pickups are available at our flagship store in Dubai, UAE. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to change the shipping address, contact our customer support team at customercare@phrsapparel.com as soon as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Phareligion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.

UNRECEIVED ITEMS

- If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages might be delayed due to holidays in select countries.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages; however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
