REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Phareligion is unwavering in its dedication to customer satisfaction. Our return and cancellation policies are transparently crafted to ensure that your shopping experience is not only enjoyable but stress-free.
We offer a full refund/return guarantee on all purchases made under certain conditions:

RETURNS

- You are eligible for a return only within 10 days of your purchase.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if  you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for return.
- To start a return/ refund, you can contact us at customercare@phrsapparel.com
- Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to PHRSAPPAREL or our partner boutique in your location.
- Items sent back to us without notifying us will not be accepted.

REFUND

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, send us an email at customercare@phrsapparel.com

ORDER CANCELLATION

We recognize that plans can change, and we respect that. Phareligion’s cancellation policy is designed to be hassle-free. Whether it’s a change of heart or unforeseen circumstances, we aim to provide a simple and quick process for cancelling orders, allowing you the freedom to make decisions without unnecessary complications.

- Cancellation requests may be submitted to customercare@phrsapparel.com this will be
allowed within 1-2 days after order placement.
- Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
